Member agrees to obtain and maintain all licensing, general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, and fidelity bonding as may be prudent and/or required under local, municipal, county, state/provincial and federal regulations in member’s country of domicile. 

Member agrees to use all prudent and legal means to conduct background checks on its workers in the interest of protecting member’s customers and their property. 

Member agrees to provide appropriate technical training to all its workers and to teach and enforce safe working habits to all cleaning staff members. 

Member also agrees to treat its clientele with respect and to resolve any and all consumer concerns or complaints in a professional and expedient manner.
