Hiring Tips
Onetime, move-in/move-out and first time cleanings can involve a great deal more time and work than subsequent routine weekly or biweekly cleaning visits.  There is a big difference between "old dirt" and "new dirt".

It is not unusual for your cleaning time to spend as much time in the  bathrooms on the first cleaning visit than it takes to do the entire home every week or two thereafter.  As a result, it may cost substantially more for your first-time cleaning than it will be subsequent scheduled light cleaning visits.

Services

Professional House Cleaning Companies specialize in serving clients on a regularly-scheduled basis, generally weekly or  biweekly.  Some clients may require less frequent house cleaning, such as once a month.  They can also accommodate onetime customers and move-in, move-out cleaning as their schedule permits.

Your First Cleaning Visit

The first time your cleaning team comes to your home they will perform a thorough, top-to-bottom, "deep cleaning".  There are tasks that they need to do in the bathrooms, kitchen and other rooms to get them up to standard.  "Old dirt" requires a lot more attention and elbow grease than "new dirt" does.  These extra chores are also part of their Onetime and Move-In, Move-Out services.

Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly Cleaning

Once they've completed their first time cleaning, your cleaning team will perform a variety of routine tasks on each subsequent visit.  Your local independent representative will explain in advance what tasks are included.  They will dust, vacuum, clean kitchen countertops and appliances, mop kitchen and bathroom floors, clean bathtubs, commodes and shower stalls -- and more.

Certain agreed-upon tasks are performed on a rotational basis.  Things like polishing furniture, dusting ceiling fans, washing window and door frames and other irregular tasks.  The frequency in which these specific tasks will be looked after will be determined between you and your local Cleaning Professional.

They can also be of service when it comes to special requests, such as washing inside windows, cleaning a chandelier, washing walls and ceilings and other chores.  Ask your Cleaning Professional representative what specific optional services are offered.
